Phoenix Society
Phoenix Society Incorporated is a not-for-profit organisation whose prime purpose is to employ, train and develop people with disabilities through employment settings. Our employees, primarily, have intellectual disabilities - however, we cater for a wide range of disabilities and provide opportunities for anyone who has an ability to work. Founded in 1958, the Society is progressive in nature and undertakes a diverse range of employment options to cater for specific needs.
The Society operates Commercial Operations and is strongly supported by extensive Human Resources and Fundraising programs, each of which have a specific purpose in the development of the Society and, in the main, its employees.
All of the operations of the Society have the prime purpose of supporting and achieving the ongoing Vision and Mission of the Society.
