Wednesday 26 August saw in excess of 300 people enjoying an evening with Dr Sandra Cabot at the Italian Centre.

Following an introduction by Channel 9’s Ali Carle, John Mitchell from the Green Dispensary opened the program by telling everyone about the exciting Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.  Because its chemical structure is identical to hormones produced by the human body and it is derived from a plant source this HRT is a wonderful natural alternative.

Following John’s presentation Dr Cabot shared her wealth of knowledge and case studies on topics such as dealing with depression and anxiety; weight loss and control; keeping one’s liver healthy and anti-ageing nutrients.

At the conclusion of her presentation Dr Cabot took questions from the floor and then settled in to talk with the long line of people who were thrilled to be able to receive her personal advice first hand.
